Pelita Jaya topped Stapac to advance into IBL Finals. Pelita Jaya outrebounded Stapac 57-37 including a 33-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for American-Bahrain center Chester Giles (211-85, college: Oregon St.) who saved his team from a defeat with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 29 rebounds. American guard Wayne Bradford (193-92, college: Davenport) contributed with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Pelita Jaya players scored in double figures. American-Jamaican forward Kore White (205-89, college: S.Florida) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and American point guard Dom Williams (180-92, college: Cent.Washington) added 25 points and 4 steals in the effort for Stapac. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Satria Muda - Hang Tuah 78-56

Satria Muda rallied past Hang Tuah in the decider. The game was mostly controlled by Satria Muda. Hang Tuah was better in second period 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Hang Tuah 44-31 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for international forward Jamarr Johnson (193-88, college: Widener) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. American forward Dior Lowhorn (201-87, college: USF) helped adding 13 points and 12 rebounds. Four Satria Muda players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Nahshon George (206-93, college: Idaho, agency: Haylett Sports) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds and the other American import guard Keenan Palmore (185-94, college: Lenoir-Rhyne) scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

American Forward Jarad Scott (203-F-95) had a very impressive game in the last round for top-ranked Hang Tuah, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 5.
