There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in IBL. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Satria Muda (14-2) in Jakarta on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by fifth ranked NSH (3-13) 79-73. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Satria Muda. NSH forced 20 Satria Muda turnovers. Strangely Satria Muda outrebounded NSH 50-36 including 18 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for American guard Brachon Griffin (185-92, college: Elizabeth City, agency: SDJ Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 50 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Raylly Pratama (194-90) helped adding 9 points and 10 rebounds. American forward Dior Lowhorn (201-87, college: USF) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. NSH maintains fifth place with 3-13 record. Satria Muda at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. NSH will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Satria Muda will play on the road against Bima Perkasa in Sakti and is hoping to win this game.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Pandang. 3rd placed host Hang Tuah (7-10) was smashed by first ranked Pelita Jaya (15-1) 82-54. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hang Tuah. It was an exceptional evening for American-Bahrain center Chester Giles (211-85, college: Oregon St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks. Wayne Bradford accounted for 17 points. American guard Keenan Palmore (185-94, college: Lenoir-Rhyne) came up with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds for Hang Tuah in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Pelita Jaya have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-1 record. Hang Tuah at the other side keeps the third position with ten games lost.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Surabaya. Third ranked host Pacific Caesar (9-6) defeated 4th placed Satya Wacana (6-11) 88-82. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was David Seagers who had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Madarious Gibbs produced a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 6 assists for the guests. Satya Wacana's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Pacific Caesar maintains third place with 9-6 record having seven points less than leader Satria Muda. Satya Wacana lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with 11 games lost.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Bandung. Second ranked host Garuda (9-7) defeated 4th placed Bima Perkasa (6-10) 87-80. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Roderick Flemings orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds. Garuda's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Garuda maintains second place with 9-7 record having six points less than leader Satria Muda. Bima Perkasa at the other side keeps the fourth position with ten games lost. Garuda will have a break next round. Bima Perkasa will play at home against the league's leader Satria Muda (#1) and hope to win that game.



Hang Tuah - Pelita Jaya 54-82

The game between Top Four teams took place in Pandang. 3rd placed host Hang Tuah (7-10) was smashed by first ranked Pelita Jaya (15-1) 82-54. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hang Tuah. Pelita Jaya dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Hang Tuah's 38. They outrebounded Hang Tuah 54-28 including a 40-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Pelita Jaya players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Hang Tuah's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American-Bahrain center Chester Giles (211-85, college: Oregon St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 15 rebounds and 5 blocks. American guard Wayne Bradford (193-92, college: Davenport) accounted for 17 points for the winning side. Pacific Caesar looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was guard David Seagers (188-88, college: Dowling) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Forward Anton Waters (201-93, college: W.Kentucky) chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds. Five Pacific Caesar players scored in double figures. Guard Madarious Gibbs (185-93, college: Texas Southern) produced a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 6 assists and forward JT Sulton (203-91, college: Middle Tenn.St.) added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the guests. Satya Wacana's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Pacific Caesar maintains third place with 9-6 record having seven points less than leader Satria Muda.
