Indonesia opened win count at the 2015 SEA Games. They upset hosting Singapore for 1-1 record. Natasha Christalin (170-F-93) tallied 22 points in the win.
Indonesia claimed a 23:10 lead after ten minutes. Singapore narrowed the gap in the second frame. They pulled within 9 points at halftime 25:34. Indonesia dropped 23 points in the third term to regain a double-digit advantage. Singapore cut the distance in the in the fourth quarter but could not avoid the defeat. Marlina Herawan (163-PG-83) had 15 points, while Mega Putri (171-F-90) added 13 points for the winners. Lim Jia Min (167-PG-91) answered with 18 points for Singapore. Tan En-Min and Koh Wei Bin (165-F-86) delivered 11 points each in the loss.
