Satria Muda defend their NBL title - Mar 14, 2011
Satria Muda clinched the fifth straight NBL title. They overcame CLS Knights to triumph in the country once again. Satria Muda celebrated a 67:50 success in the decider. Amin Prihantono (188-F-82) provided 16 points to pace the winners.
CLS Knights led by 3 points after ten minutes of action. But Satria Muda changed the complexion of the encounter in the second term. They pulled in front for a 35:29 halftime advantage. Satria Muda took over completely in the second half. They did not allow CLS Knights to get any closer and rolled to the decisive victory at the end.
Christian Ronaldo Sitepu (198-F/C-86) delivered 13 points for the winners. Youbel Sondakh (190-F-84) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the victory. Rachmad Utomo (171-G-84) answered with 18 points for CSL Knights.
Pelita Jaya Esia clinched the third position. They overcame Dell Aspac 62:61 to step onto pedestal. Dimas Aryo Dewanto (F) accounted for 11 points for Pelita Jaya Esia.
