Hawkeye and The Fixers win basketball championship in Kanpur

Kanpur: Hawkeye and The Fixers clinched the boys and girls group titles respectively in the CHS Gurukul Hoopster Basketball championship concluded at CHS Gurukul Meharban Singh ka purwa on Monday. Hawkeye dominated the boys final, defeating 512 Hoop Hustler by 15-7. Shashwat netted 6 points for the victors. The Fixers triumphed in the girls final, overwhelming DG Hoopers by 17-7. Archi tallied 8 points for the winners whilst Shrishti accumulated 6 points for Hoopers. Swish Squad secured third place in boys group, vanquishing TCS 5 by 19-8. Vishesh contributed 13 points for the winners. Green park claimed third position in girls section, prevailing over Rebound Rebell by 5-3.

In the boys semi-finals, Hawkeye overcame Swish Squad by 12-6 and Hoop Hustler bested TCS-5 by 6-4. The girls group semi-finals saw DG Hoopers defeat Green Park 5-3, whilst The Fixers prevailed over Rebound Rebels by 10- 3
