India U18 nipped Lebanon U18 64-62 to seal their quarterfinal appearance. India recorded a 35-29 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 13-point mark heading into the fourth frame. Lebanon responded with a 22-11 run in the final period but came up just short of win at the end. Ankush Ankush (175-PG-2007) scored 14 points to lead the winners. Anthony Nabaa (200-F-2006), Hadi El Khatib (204-F/C-2007) and Ralph Iskandar (190-G-2007) had 11 points each for Lebanon.
