Lebanon rout India in Beirut at the 2023 World Cup Asian Qualifiers. They dominated the whole game in a 103-74 win.
The hosts opened the game with a 27-20 run and added a 22-16 rally in the second period. Moreover, Lebanon nailed a 28-21 run in the third quarter and closed the game with a final 26-17 surge.
Mohamad Haidar (203-F/C-1990, college: Michigan Tech) top-scored for the winners with 27 points and Jean Marc Jarrouj had 18. Jad Khalil and Jonathan Arledge (207-F/C-1991, college: ODU, agency: BIG) delivered 15 points each in a win. Muin Hafeez (190-F-1996) answered with 16 points in a loss and Palpreet Brar (204-C-1994) produced 12.
