Uttarakhand are crowned new National Champions. They dethroned Punjab beating those in the title game. Yadwinder Singh (197-C-86) came up with impressive 33 points and 12 rebounds to pace the winners. Uttarakhand cleared off late in the opening quarter. They posted a 23:16 lead ten minutes into the game. Uttarakhand maintained the lead throughout the second frame. They ensured a 45:34 halftime advantage. Punjab were unable to trigger the intrigue in the third term. Uttarakhand team rallied to a comfortable 58:41 lead at the final intermission. Punjab struggled to get any closer in the fourth frame as Uttarakhand cruised to the victory. Krishnan Murli and Vishesh Bhriguvanshi (193-G-91) posted 15 points each in the win. Singh Satnam answered with 19 points and 13 boards for Punjab. Ranbir Singh and Talwinder finished with 13 points each in the loss.
