Hong Kong Eastern - Bangkok Tigers 96:63

Hong Kong Eastern rout Bangkok Tigers in Singapore at the ASEAN Invitational tournament opener. The team from Hong Kong posted a 96-63 win. Hong Kong Eastern started with a 30-9 surge and never looked behind. They added a 21-16 and 20-16 rallies in the second and the third quarters respectively to seal the win.
Chris McLaughlin (208-C-1992, college: Victoria) stepped up with 23 points and O'Darien Bassett (189-G-1986, college: Troy) netted 22. Reid Arizona replied with 17 points in the losing effort.
