Palestine - Bangladesh 104-49
Palestine rallied past Bangladesh in the WABA Pre-Qualifiers Round of FIBA Asia Cup 2021. Sani Sakakini (204-C-88) nailed 31 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and issued 5 assists to lead the effort. Palestine posted a 38:27 halftime lead. They went on a massive 66:22 second half run to ice the win. Mark Hill (180-PG-87, college: CS Northridge) produced 19 points and 7 assists for the winners. Muthun Biswas and Shamsuzzaman Khan (183-F-94) replied with 15 points for Bangladesh.

Sri Lanka - Bahrain 47-85
Bahrain cruised past Sri Lanka in Manama. Maitham Isa (182-G-90) notched 16 points to lead the winners. Sri Lanka led by a single point at the first break 15:14. But Bahrain unloaded 33 points in the second frame to open an 18-point halftime lead. Bahrain held their opponents to just 18 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Mohamed Kawaid (89) notched 15 points and 9 rebounds in the win. Praneeth Udumalagala (188-G-93) answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds for Sri Lanka.

WABA Bahrain - Palestine 57-77 Palestine earned the second place at the FIBA Asia Cup WABA Pre-Qualifiers. They topped Bahrain for 3-1 record. Sani Sakakini (204-C-88) tallied 29 points and 18 rebounds for the winners. Palestine built a 36:21 halftime lead. Palestine then went on a 20:14 run in the fourth period to cruise to the victory. WABA Bahrain - Bangladesh 126-52 Bahrain rallied past Bangladesh to gain 2-0 record in the standings. The hosts dominated from start to finish. They posted a 62:32 halftime lead. Bahrain unleashed 64 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Ahmed Ismaeel (203-F-90) produced 23 points in the win. Mohamed Hasan (176-PG-95) added 14 points for Bahrain. WABA Bangladesh - Sri Lanka 60-63 Sri Lanka snatched a narrow win over Bangladesh to improve at 1-1 record in the qualifier. Praneeth Udumalagala (188-G-93) scored 17 points to lead the effort.
