Knight's 41-point game gives him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

36-year old American guard Marcos Knight (191-G-1989, agency: Slash Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Shanxi Loongs and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 48.
He had the game-high 41 points adding seven rebounds and eight assists for Shanxi L. in his team's victory, helping them to crush Nanjing MK (#17, 14-28) with 20-point margin 116-96. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Loongs maintains the 10th position in Chinese league. Shanxi L. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 22-20 record. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Guangdong ST needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 27 victories and 15 lost games. The season just started for Rakocevic as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.
