Courtney Range (ex M.Ashdod) joins Hefei

Courtney Range

Hefei (WCBA) agreed terms with 31-year old American center Courtney Range (191cm-1995, college: California). She started the season at M.Ashdod in Israeli D1 league. In 10 games she had 11.6ppg, 8.6rpg and 4.6apg. Good season as she was named League Player of the Week. Last season she was tested by another Israeli team Hapoel Kfar Saba (also in D1).
She is a very experienced player. Her career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in ten different countries. Range tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. She has played professionally in Belgium (Namur), Germany (Herner), Greece (Panathinaikos), Mexico (Fuerza Regia), Romania (ASC Sepsi SIC Sfantu Gheorghe), Spain (Bembibre), Switzerland (Fribourg), WNBA (LV Aces) and WPBA (Wolves).
Among many awards, she won the Mexican LNBPF championship title in 2024. Range was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-EuroCup Honorable Mention back in 2023.
She graduated from the University of California in 2017 and is currently in her ninth season as a professional player.
