American Center Stephen Zimmerman (211-C-1996, agency: Slash Sports) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Hunan Changsha, receiving a Hoops Agents NBL Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 28 points and 20 rebounds, while his team beat Guizhou (#13, 2-5) 93-87. Hunan maintains the 2nd position in Chinese NBL. They are still close to the very top. Hunan would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Zimmerman had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Hunan, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former University of Nevada - Las Vegas star has very solid stats this year. Zimmerman is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 10.0rpg) and averages impressive 69.0% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Noah Dickerson (207-C-1997) of Anhui Wenyi. Dickerson had a very good evening with a double-double of 21 points and 30 rebounds. Bad luck as Anhui W. was edged by slightly higher-ranked Hubei (#9, 3-4) 100-98. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. But Anhui W. managed to improve slightly their position in standings taking 11th place. 5 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Anhui W. managed to get this year. Dickerson is one of the most experienced players at Anhui W. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Niven Glover (196-G-2000) of Jiangxi Ganchi (#6). Glover got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for seven rebounds and four assists. He was a key player of Jiangxi, leading his team to a 87-82 win against slightly lower-ranked Shandong (#8, 3-4). Jiangxi needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 3 lost games. Glover has a great season in China. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 32.2ppg (best scorer).

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
