Cambage re-signs at Sichuan

Elizabeth Cambage

Sichuan Yuanda Meile Basketball Club (WCBA) confirmed in their roster experienced 34-year old Australian ex-international center Elizabeth Cambage (205cm-1991). She has played there for the last two seasons. She helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. A very impressive season as she was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese WCBA Center of the Year, named to All-Imports Team and League Player of the Week.
In 2011, she was selected by the Tulsa Shock (WNBA) as the #2 overall pick.
Cambage was also a member of the Australian international program for some years. She played for the Australian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2021 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2006.
Cambage is a very experienced player. She has played in four different continents during her career. She has played in Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. Cambage has played for teams in Australia, Israel, WNBA, and China.
She won the Chinese WCBA championship title in 2024.
