Myisha Hines-Allen's triple-double lands her Player of the Week award

American Forward Myisha Hines-Allen (185-F-1996) had a great game in the last round for top-ranked Liaoning Henye, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 29-year old player recorded a triple-double of 19 points adding also 15 rebounds and 12 assists, while her team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Ganzhou (#6, 0-4) with 26-point margin 117-91. It allowed Liaoning Hengye to take over top position in the Chinese WCBA. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Liaoning already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Hines-Allen had a remarkable 88.9% from 2-point range. She turned to be Liaoning Hengye's top player in her first season with the team. Former University of Louisville star has very solid stats this year. Hines-Allen is in league's top in points (6th best: 19.7ppg), assists (5th best: 6.7apg) and averages impressive 1.3bpg and 58.5% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Nigerian Temi Fagbenle (193-C-1992) of league's second-best Henan Phoenix. Fagbenle had a very good evening with a double-double of 27 points and 12 rebounds. It was enough for Henan Phoenix to edge Group B's leader (#0, ) 67-64. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group B. Henan consolidated its place in top 2 of the standings. Her team's 3-1 record is not bad at all. Fagbenle is a newcomer at Henan and despite she is not a team leader yet, every game she becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third on the list of top players last round was American center Jillian Alleyne (190-C-1994) of Jiangsu Yonglian Nanjing (#3). Alleyne scored 13 points and grabbed 17 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Jiangsu, leading her team to a 92-58 easy win against the lower-ranked Wuhan (3-2). Jiangsu needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams in Group A. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 2 lost games. Alleyne has a very solid season. In 2 games in China she scored 13.0ppg.
