Hines-Allen's double-double lands her Player of the Week award

29-year old American forward Myisha Hines-Allen (185-F-1996) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Liaoning Henye and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
She had a double-double of 21 points and 16 rebounds, while her team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Ganzhou (#6, 0-3) with 52-point margin 111-59. Liaoning Hengye is placed at 2nd position in Chinese WCBA. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Liaoning already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Hines-Allen had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. She turned to be Liaoning Hengye's top player in her first season with the team. University of Louisville graduate has very impressive stats this year. Hines-Allen is in league's top in points (6th best: 19.7ppg), assists (5th best: 6.7apg) and averages solid 1.3bpg and 58.5% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Shatori Walker-Kimbrough (175-PG-1996) of top-ranked Henan Phoenix. She is American guard in her first season at Henan. In the last game Walker-Kimbrough recorded an impressive double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds. Of course she led Henan Phoenix to another comfortable win outscoring Ganzhou (0-3) 100-61. A very good start of the season for her team, which won so far all 3 games without any defeat. Walker-Kimbrough is a newcomer at Henan and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Ruthy Hebard (192-F-1998) of Shanghai Baoshan Dahua Swordfish (#7). Hebard scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds (!!!). Despite Hebard's great performance the Swordfish lost 77-81 to Sichuan (#2, 3-0). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Shanghai not to end season at such low position in Group A, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of her teammates, Hebard could try to bring Shanghai's a little bit higher in the standings. Hebard has individually a great season in China. After only 3 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 13.7rpg (3rd best).
