Shanxi Flame (WCBA) agreed terms with 25-year old American center Queen Egbo (193cm-2000, college: Baylor). She joins another USA player Mercedes Russell who is already in the roster.
She already started the season at Al Ula in Saudi Arabian D1 league. The last season summer she played at El Calor in Mexican LNBPF where in 8 games she had 11.5ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.0spg.
Three years ago she was drafted by Indiana Fever (WNBA) in first round (10th overall).
The former Baylor University star is in her fourth season in pro basketball.
She is quite experienced player. She has played in five different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Egbo has played professionally in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Turkey (Cankaya and Nesibe), WNBA (Connecticut Sun, Washington Mystics, LA Sparks and LV Aces) and China (Fujian Nanan and Red Wolves).
Among many awards she played in the final of Big 12 Tournament in 2022. She was voted All-Big 12 Sixth Player of the Year back in 2020.
