Sijing re-signs at Guangdong

Guangdong Vermilion Birds (WCBA) confirmed in their roster 29-year old international power forward Huang Sijing (192cm-82kg-1996) for the new 2025-26 season. She has played there for the last two seasons. She helped them to win the League title despite ending the regular season in second place. It was a very impressive year as she was named to the Chinese WCBA All-Star Game, All-Domestic Players Team, and Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese WCBA Second Team.
Sijing has been a member of the Chinese international program for several years. She has played for the Chinese senior team since 2015 and previously for the Under 19 National Team in 2013.
Sijing also represented China at the FIBA Asia Cup for Women in Shenzhen (China) this year. During this event she scored an average of 8.3 ppg and had 6 rpg.
She has played for Mongolia before.
Among many awards, she was voted to Asia-Basket.com Chinese WCBA All-Domestic Players Team in 2016.
