Chennedy Carter's triple-double lands her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

26-year old American point guard Chennedy Carter (175-PG-1998) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team Wuhan Shengfan and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 28.
She recorded a triple-double of 33 points adding also 17 rebounds and 10 assists, while her team crushed Hefei (#6, 13-11) with 16-point margin 85-69. It allowed hengfan to consolidate first place in the Chinese WCBA. Wuhan have a solid 22-4 record. Carter turned to be hengfan's top player in her first season with the team. Texas A&M University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Carter is league's best scorer averaging so far 31.4ppg and is league's best passer with 6.2apg. Carter is in league's top in and averages solid 3.0spg and 56.7% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Queen Egbo (193-C-2000) of Shaanxi Red Wolves. She is American center in her first season at Shaanxi. In the last game Egbo recorded an impressive double-double of 29 points and 17 rebounds. It was enough for Red Wolves to edge slightly lower-ranked Liaoning (#5, 14-12) by 5 points 77-72. Despite this victory Shaanxi slide down in the standings to 4th position in Group B. Her team's 16-8 record is not bad at all. Egbo is a newcomer at Shaanxi and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to center Tearra Banks (188-C-1995) of Fujian Zoten (#6). Banks got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. She went also for ten rebounds . Despite Banks' great performance the Fujian Nanan lost 87-91 to slightly higher-ranked Hebei (#6, 4-22). But her team cannot count on just a single shooter as she also needs help of the other teammates. Fujian can only dream about fighting for top spots in Group A1. They have rather bad season and 1-24 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Banks has a very solid season. In 25 games in China she scored 19.4ppg. She also has 8.2rpg and a FGP of 57.5%.

8. Peyton Williams (193-F/C-1998) of Wuhan - 21 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists
9. Arella Guirantes (181-SG-1997) of Shanghai - 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists
10. Huang Sijing (192-PF-1996) of Guangdong - 12 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists
