Heilongjiang Dragons Daqing (WCBA) inked experienced 55-year old Greek coach Eleni Kapogianni. He has coached for the last five years at Panathinaikos in Greek league.
He coached Greece at the FIBA Asia Cup for Women Division B in Bangkok (Thailand) last year. Kapogiannir team won Silver.
He has coached previously also in Lebanon and Greece (Amarillida and Olympiacos).
Among many awards he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Greek League Coach of the Year back in 2021.
