Guangdong Southern Tigers (CBA) released 24-year old American forward Darius Bazley (206cm-94kg-2000). In 10 CBA games he had 13.6ppg, 8.5rpg, 4.6apg and 2.2bpg this season.
The last season summer he played at Jazz in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League. He also played for another NBA Summer League team Jazz in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League. The other team he played shortly were the Jazz in NBA.
In 2019 he was drafted by Utah Jazz (NBA) in first round (23rd overall).
He is quite experienced player. Bazley has played also in other USA teams, NBA (Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and OKC Thunder), NBA G League (SLC Stars and Delaware Blue Coats) and NBA Summer League (OKC Thunder). He was voted to USBasket.com NBA G League All-Defensive Team in 2024.
