Mongolia inks Kalani Brown

Inner Mongolia Nongxin (WCBA) signed 27-year old American center Kalani Brown (201cm-1997, college: Baylor, agency: LBM Management) for upcoming 2024-25 season. She played last season at Dallas Wings (WNBA). In 38 games just recently she had 5.9ppg, 3.1rpg and 1.1apg.
In 2019 she was drafted by Los Angeles Sparks (WNBA) in first round (7th overall).
The former Baylor University standout is in her sixth season in pro basketball.
She was a member of USA Under 19 National Team back in 2015.
Brown is quite experienced player. She has played in four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Brown has played previously professionally in Israel (Maccabi Bnot Ashdod), Turkey (Kayseri and Hatay), WNBA (Atlanta Dream) and China (Magic Deer).
Among many awards Brown's team won Israeli Cup in 2023. She was voted to Eurobasket.com All-EuroCup Honorable Mention in 2023. Brown played also for High School for 3 years.
