D.J. Wilson signs at Sharks

D.J. Wilson

Shanghai Sharks (CBA) landed 28-year old American 208cm forward D.J. Wilson (college: Michigan) for new season. He played most recently at Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA. In two games he averaged 5.0ppg, 1.0rpg, 1.0apg and 1.0bpg last season. He also played for another NBA team the Magic in NBA. The other team he played shortly was Magic in NBA G League. Another team he played that season for was Magic in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League where in 34 games he had very impressive stats: 19.4ppg, 9.4rpg and 4.6apg.
In 2017 he was drafted by Milwaukee Bucks (NBA) in first round (17th overall). Wilson graduated from University of Michigan and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
He is a very experienced player. Wilson has played also professionally in NBA (Houston Rockets, OKC Thunder and Toronto Raptors), NBA G League (OKC Blue and Wisconsin Herd) and NBA Summer League (Toronto Raptors). He won NBA G League Eastern Conference championship title in 2024.
