Wuhan (7-14) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Jiangsu YS. Hefei lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Henan. Wuhan will meet higher ranked Jiangxi (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hefei will play against Jiangxi and hope to secure a win.
There were no big surprises in other games of round 18: Guangxi was beaten by Changsha on the road 93-81. Jiangsu YS won against Hebei on its own court 111-100. Henan was outscored by HK JinNiu in a road game 110-87.
