NBL Round 10 of Regular Season

Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game in Henan was quite interesting. Fourth ranked Changsha (7-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Henan (4-8). Changsha did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 101-83 on Thursday. Changsha moved-up to third place, which they share with Hebei. Henan lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Wuhan and Jiangsu YS. Changsha is looking forward to face Jiangxi (#5) in the next round. Henan will play against Hefei and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
The game between second ranked Anhui W. (10-2) and 8th ranked Jiangsu YS (4-8) in Anhui ended with biggest points difference. Anhui W. outscored guests from Yannan 119-84. Anhui W. maintains second position with 10-2 record having just one point less than leader HK JinNiu. Jiangsu YS at the other side dropped to the seventh place with eight games lost. They share the position with Henan and Wuhan. Anhui W. will play against Hebei (#4) on the road in the next round. Jiangsu YS will play against Guangxi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Other games in round 10 were not that significant. Bottom-ranked Hefei was beaten by Hebei on the road 93-86. Jiangxi won against Henan on its own court 122-116. Wuhan unfortunately lost to Changsha in a road game 80-97.



Henan - Changsha 83-101

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Hebei (7-5) beat at home bottom-ranked Hefei (2-10) 93-86. Hebei moved-up to third place, which they share with Changsha. Hefei at the other side stay at the bottom position with ten games lost. Hebei will play against league's second-placed Anhui W. at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Hefei will play against Henan (#7) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Anhui W. - Jiangsu YS 119-84

The game between second ranked Anhui W. (10-2) and 8th ranked Jiangsu YS (4-8) in Anhui ended with biggest points difference. Anhui W. outscored guests from Yannan 119-84. Rather expected game when 7th ranked Henan (4-8) lost on the road to fifth ranked Jiangxi (6-6) 122-116. Jiangxi maintains fifth position with 6-6 record. Henan lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with eight games lost. They share the position with Wuhan and Jiangsu YS. Jiangxi will play against higher ranked Changsha (#3) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Henan will play against Hefei (#10) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Changsha - Wuhan 97-80

Very predictable result when fourth ranked Changsha (7-5) won against at home 9th ranked Wuhan (4-8) 97-80. Changsha moved-up to third place, which they share with Hebei. Wuhan at the other side dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Henan and Jiangsu YS. Changsha will play against Jiangxi (#5) in the next round. Wuhan will play against the league's leader HK JinNiu and hopes to get back on the winning track.
