HK JinNiu moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Hebei and Jiangxi. Jiangsu YS at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. They share it with Hunan. HK JinNiu is looking forward to face higher ranked Hunan (#4) in Changsha in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Jiangsu YS will play at home against Guangxi and is hoping to win this game.
NBL top team - Shaanxi (7-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Jiangxi (4-5) 100-90. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Jiangxi. Shaanxi maintains first place with 7-2 record, which they share with Liaoning Y. Newly promoted Jiangxi keeps the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with Hebei and HK JinNiu. Shaanxi will play against Hebei (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Jiangxi will play against Anhui W. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Henan (3-6) and Hebei (4-5), which took place in Hebei. 8th ranked Henan lost to eleventh ranked Hebei in a road game 100-104 on Sunday. Hebei moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Jiangxi and HK JinNiu. Newly promoted Henan dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. They share it with Guangxi and Hefei. Hebei will meet league's second-placed Shaanxi in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Henan will play against the league's leader Liaoning Y. There were no big surprises in other games of round 9: Hefei was smashed by Anhui W. on the road 122-91. Hunan destroyed Wuhan on its own court 140-107. Liaoning Y. managed to outperform Guangxi in a road game 131-127.

Anhui W. - Hefei 122-91

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Anhui W. (5-4) crushed at home 10th ranked Hefei (3-6) 122-91 on Sunday. Anhui W. maintains fifth place with 5-4 record. Loser Hefei dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. They share it with Henan and Guangxi. Anhui W. will meet at home Jiangxi (#7) in the next round. Hefei will play against Wuhan and hope to secure a win.

Hebei - Henan 104-100
