NBL Round 13: Anhui W. lose to Foshan

The game between second ranked Anhui W. (9-3) and fifth ranked Foshan (6-4) was the most important one in the last round on Monday night. Anhui W. was defeated by Foshan in a tough game in Anhui 72-77. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Anhui W.. Foshan moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Hunan. Anhui W. at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. Foshan is looking forward to face Hunan (#4) in Changsha in the next round. Anhui W. will play at home against Guangxi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Guangxi (8-2) which hosted in Guangxi 4th placed Hunan (6-4). Third ranked Guangxi had an easy win 114-76. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Hunan. Guangxi have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 8-2 record having just three points less than leader Shaanxi. Hunan at the other side keeps the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with Foshan. Guangxi will play against league's second-placed Anhui W. on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Hunan will play against Foshan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Hebei was also quite interesting. Sixth ranked Wuhan (5-7) played at the court of 8th ranked Hebei (2-10). Wuhan defeated Hebei 86-73 on Tuesday. Wuhan maintains sixth place with 5-7 record. Hebei lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with ten games lost. Wuhan will meet at home Putian (#9) in the next round. Hebei will play against Putian and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 13 Jiangsu YS was smashed by Guangxi on the road 110-74. Putian lost to Jiangsu YS on its own court 76-89.

Anhui W. - Foshan 72-77

Guangxi will meet league's second-placed Anhui W. on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Jiangsu YS will have a break next round.

Rather expected game when 9th ranked Putian (1-11) lost at home to seventh ranked Jiangsu YS (4-8) 89-76 on Tuesday. Jiangsu YS maintains seventh place with 4-8 record. Putian lost eleventh consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 11 games lost. Jiangsu YS will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Putian will play against Hebei (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
