Macau signs De'Quan Abrom, ex Mandurah M.

Macau-Black-Bears (ASEAN League) signed 26-year old American shooting guard De'Quan Abrom (188cm-83kg-1996, college: Belm.Abbey). Abrom played last summer at Mandurah Magic in Australian NBL1 West. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In 23 NBL1 North games he had very impressive stats: 20.9ppg, 5.9rpg, 3.0apg and 2.7spg (in top 5).
Part of last season he spent at KK Kumanovo 2009 in North Macedonian Prva Liga where in 8 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 16.6ppg, 5.6rpg, 2.9apg and 1.8spg. Abrom also played for Beroe in Bulgarian NBL. In 5 games he averaged 4.8ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.4apg. He also played 5 games in Balkan League where he got 11.8ppg, 3.6rpg, 3.0apg and 1.4spg.
Abrom has played also professionally in Germany (Ehingen/Urspringschule). He played in the final of Conference Carolinas Tournament in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Abrom was voted to D2CCA NCAA D2 All-America Honorable Mention back in 2020.
He graduated from Belmont Abbey College in 2020 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
