Chinese CBA round 23 best performance: Donatas Motiejunas (by Hoops Agents)

Lithuanian Power forward Donatas Motiejunas (213-F/C-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Xinjiang FT, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 23.
The 30-year old player had a double-double of 36 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat Jilin NE T. (#7, 13-9) 119-112. Xinjiang FT maintains the 4th position in Chinese CBA. Third on the list of top players last round was American Dakari Johnson (213-C/F-95) of Qingdao E. (#6). Johnson got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for twenty five rebounds and seven assists. Despite Johnson's great performance Qingdao E. lost 110-113 to the higher-ranked Liaoning FL (#2, 19-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Qingdao E. needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 14 victories and 8 lost games. Johnson has a very solid season. In 8 games in China he scored 15.0ppg. He also has 10.6rpg, 3.9apg, 1.8bpg and FGP: 56.9%.
