Lakers sign Pierre Jackson, ex Shenzhen L.

South Bay Lakers signed 28-year old point guard Pierre Jackson (180-82kg-91, college: Baylor). He started the season at Shenzhen Leopards in Chinese CBA league. In two games he had very impressive stats: 23.0ppg, 3.5rpg, 6.0apg and 2.0spg this season.
In 2013 Jackson was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (42nd overall). He attended Baylor University and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Jackson won Israeli Premier League championship title in 2018. He was selected to Chinese CBA All-Star Game in 2019.
Jackson is quite experienced player. He has played in eight different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Jackson has played previously professionally in Croatia (Cedevita), France (ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne Basket), Turkey (Fenerbahce), NBA (Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons), Israel (Maccabi Fox Tel-Aviv), NBA G League (Salt Lake City Stars and Texas Legends), China (Royal Fighters) and The Basketball Tournament (Loyalty is Love).
He could be described: An energetic PG who loves to create out from the dribble. He can be unstoppable when he goes inside and can be effective at the defensive side too.
