Hebei X. (#12) forced the game against Wuhan (#9) into a double-overtime, but lost by seven points 138-145 on Sunday night. The game took place in Hebei. But the guests were better at the end. Worth to mention a great performance of Devin Green who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 50 points (!!!), 24 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Wuhan (4-5) moved-up to eighth place. Hebei X. lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with eight games lost. Wuhan will face higher ranked Henan (#4) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Hebei X. will play against Hunan (#5) and hope to win that game.

In the last game of round 10 Anhui W. lost to undefeated Guangxi on the road 103-115. Hunan won against Beijing on its own court 103-98. Winless Luoyang unfortunately lost to Anhui P. in Fuzhou 114-123. Chongqing managed to beat Henan at home 116-110. Hefei was defeated by Guizhou on the opponent's court 110-122.

Guangxi - Anhui W. 115-103

No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Guangxi (9-0) beat at home 3rd ranked Anhui W. (6-3) 115-103 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Guangxi. Anhui W. was better in fourth quarter 29-28. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guangxi looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Hunan - Beijing 103-98

Very expected game when 10th ranked Beijing (3-7) lost to fifth ranked Hunan (6-4) in Changsha 98-103 on Sunday. Beijing was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Hunan made 8 blocks. The 2019-20 CBA season is expected to have some significant rule changes that will directly affect the level of players signing in what has been one of the top leagues, as far as money is concerned, at least. The CBA has ratified a standard contract that essentially makes EVERY contract non-guaranteed at least for the first two months, the silver lining for players/agents is that the CBA season traditionally starts so late, that 90% of the non guaranteed portion will be satisfied before...   [read more]

Despite Clint Steindl (200-F/G-89, college: St.Mary's, CA) and Corey Webster (188-G-88, college: Lambuth, agency: Alti Sport) combining for nine triples, Zhelin Wang (214-PF-94) proved the difference inside as Team China beat the NBL Select Team 101-98 in Game 2 of the series on Friday night in Nantong.
