After 4 rounds played we can already see who rules in the NBL and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

Round 4 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Anhui W. (3-1). They were defeated by sixth ranked Shaanxi X. (3-1) 103-95 on Monday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Anhui W.. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The hosts trailed by 4 points after three quarters before their 38-26 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Anhui W. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-88, college: N.Mexico St.) who helped to win the game recording 32 points and South Sudanese-Lebanese center Ater Majok (208-87, college: Connecticut) who added 12 points, 19 rebounds and 6 blocks during the contest. At the losing side American power forward Elijah Holman (208-89, college: Detroit Mercy, agency: Pensack Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Shaanxi X. moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Anhui W. Anhui W. will play next round against Beijing trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Shaanxi X. will try to continue on its current victory against thirteenth ranked Luoyang on the road.
Bottom-ranked Luoyang (0-4) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their fourth consecutive match to seventh ranked Wuhan (2-1) 123-87. The winners were led by American swingman Lamar Patterson (196-91, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Pensack Sports) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 4 assists and Peter Ramos supported him with 12 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 26 points and 6 rebounds by American point guard Braylon Rayson (175-94, college: Cent Michigan) did not help to save the game for Luoyang. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Wuhan moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Guizhou. Luoyang at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. Wuhan will play against league's leader Guangxi on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Luoyang will play against Shaanxi X. (#3) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
Bottom-ranked Anhui P. (0-3) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their third consecutive match to top-ranked Guangxi (3-0) 114-98 on Sunday evening. Maik Zirbes fired a double-double by scoring 32 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Steph Hicks produced 32 points and 8 rebounds for lost side.
