Second best performed player last round was Kyle Fogg (190-PG-90) of Guangzhou LL. He is American guard in his second season at Guangzhou LL. In the last game Fogg recorded impressive triple-double of 46 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists. Of course Guangzhou LL cruised to a 136-126 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Shanxi Z. (#14, 14-26). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. But Guangzhou LL managed to improve slightly their position in standings taking 9th place. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 21-19 record is not bad and everything may still change. Fogg is well-known at Guangzhou LL and he already established his position as one of the team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 34.5ppg (#5). His other stats are also decent: 8.4rpg and 7.9apg.
Third place about best performers goes to guard Dominique Jones (193-G-88) of Jilin NE T. (#12). Jones got into 30-points club by scoring 40 points in the last round. He went also for ten rebounds and eleven assists. Despite Jones' great performance Jilin NE T. lost 123-124 to the lower-ranked Bayi R. (#17, 10-30). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Jilin NE T. ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 20 games, recording just nineteen victories. Jilin NE T. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 19-19 record. In the team's last game Jones had a remarkable 93.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Jilin NE T.'s top player in his first season with the team. University of South Florida graduate has very impressive stats this year. Jones is in league's top in assists (6th best: 7.9apg) and averages solid 58.5% FGP.

The third best performed player last round was American Jimmer Fredette (188-PG-89) of Shanghai S. (#9). Fredette got into 30-points club by scoring 43 points in the last round. He went also for nine rebounds and five assists. He was a key player of Shanghai S., leading his team to a 110-104 win against the higher-ranked Guangdong ST (#2, 34-5). Shanghai S. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 21 victories and 18 lost games. Fredette has a great season in China. After 34 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 37.3ppg (2nd best). He also has 2.7spg, FGP: 53.6% and 3PT: 41.8%.
