Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most important game in the last round took place in Shenzhen between third ranked Leopards (22-7) and fifth ranked Xinjiang Flying Tige (20-8) on Saturday night. Leopards were defeated by Xinjiang Flying Tige in a tough game at home 106-110. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Leopards. Xinjiang Flying Tige made 24-of-29 free shots (82.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Leopards helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Iranian center Hamed Haddadi (218-85) had a double-double by scoring 25 points, 19 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and international Abudushalamu Abudurexiti (203-96) chipped in 30 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Kenny Boynton (188-91, college: Florida, agency: Higher Vision Sports) with 30 points and 6 assists. Leopards' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Xinjiang Flying Tige have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 20-8 record. Leopards at the other side keep the third place with seven games lost. Xinjiang Flying Tige are looking forward to face league's second-placed Guandong Tigers in Dongguan in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Leopards will play at home against Jilin Tigers and are hoping to win this game.
CBA top team - Flying Leopards (25-4) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Golden Bulls (12-17) in Hangzhou 123-95. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Golden Bulls. The former international Ailun Guo (192-93) notched 33 points (!!!) and 6 assists to lead the effort and Brandon Bass supported him with 25 points and 12 rebounds. Even 16 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) by forward Zeyi Liu (203-99) did not help to save the game for Golden Bulls. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Flying Leopards have an impressive 14-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 25-4 record, which they share with Guangdong ST. Golden Bulls at the other side dropped to the twelfth place with 17 games lost. They share the position with Jiangsu D.. Flying Leopards will play against bottom-ranked Bayi Rockets (#20) in Ningbo in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Golden Bulls will play at home against Sturgeons (#7) and hope to get back on the winning track.
An interesting game took place in Jinjiang where higher ranked Sturgeons (17-12) were upset on its own court by thirteenth ranked Golden Stars (13-16) 117-89 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sturgeons. The best player for the winners was JaKarr Sampson who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Eugene Jeter who recorded 29 points and 7 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Golden Stars moved-up to eleventh place. Loser Sturgeons keep the seventh position with 12 games lost. They share it with Guangzhou LL. Golden Stars will meet at home Blue Whales (#18) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sturgeons will play against Golden Bulls (#12) in Hangzhou and hope to secure a win.
12th ranked Jiangsu Dragons (12-17) were outscored at home by second ranked Guandong Tigers (25-4) with the biggest margin this round 142-105. It was a good game for Malcolm Delaney who led his team to a victory with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Guandong Tigers keep a position of league leader, which they share with Liaoning FL. Jiangsu Dragons at the other side keep the twelfth place with 17 games lost. Guandong Tigers' next round opponent will be Xinjiang Flying Tige (#5) in Urumqi. Jiangsu Dragons will play on the road against Long-Lions (#8) in Guangzhou and hope to win that game.
