25-year old center Isaiah Austin (216-C-93, agency: Slash Sports) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Guangxi and receives a Interperformances NBL Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had the game-high 57 points adding eight rebounds for Guangxi in his team's victory, helping them to beat Hefei (#14, 0-11), the league's bottom-ranked team 121-112. Guangxi was forced-out from the top positions in Chinese NBL. They are still close to the very top. Guangxi would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 9-2 record. In the team's last game Austin had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Guangxi, through which he has constantly improved. Baylor University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Austin is in league's top in points (6th best: 36.2ppg) and averages solid 2.1bpg and 54.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Devonte Upson (206-F-93) of Beijing. He is American forward in his first season at Beijing. In the last game Upson recorded impressive double-double of 39 points and 23 rebounds. It was enough for Beijing to edge the higher-ranked Lhasa (#7, 6-5) by 6 points 128-122. Despite this victory Beijing slide down in the standings to 12th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 4-7 record. Upson is one of the most experienced players at Beijing and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to swingman Lamar Patterson (196-G/F-91, agency: Pensack Sports) of Lhasa (#7). Patterson got into 30-points club by scoring 45 points in the last round. He went also for thirteen rebounds and four assists. Despite Patterson's great performance Lhasa lost 122-128 to the lower-ranked Beijing (#12, 4-7). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Lhasa needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 6 victories and 5 lost games. Patterson has a great season in China. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 37.2ppg (4th best) and assists with 4.2apg (5th best). He also has 2.1spg and FGP: 54.4%.
