Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The game between third ranked Hebei X. (8-3) and eleventh ranked Henan (4-7) was the most important one in the last round on Wednesday night. Hebei X. was crushed by Henan in Henan 111-131. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hebei X.. The game was mostly controlled by Henan. Hebei X. managed to win second period 33-29. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Henan dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Hebei X.'s 32 and made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Hebei X. 51-33 including a 41-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. American Frank Gaines (191-90, college: IPFW) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 50 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Yuxing Jiang (195-95) contributed with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American point guard Kenny Boynton (188-91, college: Florida, agency: Higher Vision Sports) answered with 43 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 7 assists for Hebei X.Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Henan maintains eleventh place with 4-7 record, which they share with Luoyang. Hebei X. at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. Henan is looking forward to face higher ranked Beijing (#10) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hebei X. will play against Luoyang (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
NBL top team - Guangxi (9-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fourteenth ranked Hefei (0-10) in Nanjin 121-112. It was a great evening for American center Isaiah Austin (216-93, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 57 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds. Sim Bhullar helped adding 20 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Guangxi's coach Dah-Tzong Chiou used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American center Eric Thompson (204-93, college: Pacific) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 29 rebounds. Guangxi have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 9-1 record, which they share with Shaanxi X. Hefei at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost. Guangxi will play against Anhui (#5) on the road in the next round. Hefei will play against Fujian (#9) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
Bottom-ranked Jiangsu is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their 11th consecutive match to twelfth ranked Luoyang (4-7) 89-82 on Wednesday evening. It was an exceptional evening for Michael Nunnally who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). MingYang Gao came up with 32 points and 8 rebounds for Jiangsu in the defeat. Jiangsu's coach Jiani Gu rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Luoyang moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Henan. Jiangsu lost their eleventh game in a row. They still close the standings with 11 games lost. Luoyang will meet at home higher ranked Hebei X. (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Jiangsu will have a break next round.

Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Lhasa (6-4) and Beijing (4-6), which took place in Lhasa. 7th ranked Lhasa lost at home to tenth ranked Beijing 122-128 on Wednesday. Devonte Upson orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!), 23 rebounds and 6 assists (on 17-of-20 shooting from the field). Lhasa's coach ZiKai Zhang let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Beijing moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Fujian. Loser Lhasa keeps the seventh position with four games lost. Beijing will face Henan (#11) at home in the next round.

In the last two games of round 11 Chongqing was beaten by Guizhou on the road 137-129. Shaanxi X. destroyed Wuhan on its own court 113-94.
The most impressive performance of 11th round was 25 points and 10 rebounds by Ater Majok of Shaanxi X..



Hunan - Anhui 95-87

The game in Changsha was also worth to mention about. 4th placed Anhui (7-3) played at the court of fifth ranked Hunan (8-2). Hunan managed to secure a 8-point victory 95-87. Hunan forced 19 Anhui turnovers. 30 personal fouls committed by Anhui helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Guizhou (7-3) beat at home 13th ranked Chongqing (2-8) 137-129 on Wednesday. Guizhou shot 60.2 percent from the field. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Guizhou made 8 blocks. American-Nigerian center Chris Otule (211-90, college: Marquette) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 16 rebounds and 7 blocks. New Zealand guard Corey Webster (188-88, college: Lambuth) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Guard Yang Wang (198-90) answered with 51 points (!!!) and 5 assists and power forward Hao Liu (203-92) added 18 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Chongqing.
