CBL Round 9: Extra Joss F. defeat Dragons in the closest game of the week

Very significant was Mekongers' (#2, 6-1) victory against 4th placed MOEF (4-4) 82-56. Mekongers (6-1) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Newly promoted Mekongers maintains second place behind leader Extra Joss F. MOEF at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourth position with four games lost.
Beyong has finally registered their first victory this season after six consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in , where they defeated Asian B. (2-7) 79-62 on Saturday. Beyong maintains seventh place with 1-6 record. It was Asian B.'s third loss in a row. They keep the sixth position with seven games lost.



Mekongers - MOEF 82-56
