BDBA to join national basketball league

The Belait District Basketball Association (BDBA) will participate in the 5.11 National Basketball League tomorrow, it was announced yesterday. The 5.11 National Basketball League, hosted by the Brunei Basketball Association (BBA), will see men's and women's team competing for top honours. The BDBA will also field both men's and women's team. The BDBA hopes the competition will serve as a platform to provide an avenue for young basketball players to experience competitive games. The association thanked Aewon as one of the main sponsors for the league. The Aewon Challenge Cup will be held on July 16.
