3x3 basketball tournament - Mar 21, 2018

THE second series of the 3x3 Basketball Tournament organised by Shooting Stars Brunei in cooperation with Brunei Darussalam Basketball Association (BBA) and Fitness Zone, and endorsed by International Basketball Federation (FIBA) concluded at Times Square Shopping Complex yesterday afternoon. Around 43 teams participated in the tournament where Supremo emerged champion of the Boys' Under 16 Category. T Bock Sdn Bhd and YAB took second and third place. Ralph Borja was named most valuable player (MVP) for the category.
Swek Bunnies won the Boys' Under 18 Category after defeating Ex-B in the final. Third place went to Space Jam. Fran Samuel was named MVP for the category.
FKD took first place in the Boys' Under 23 Category. Sunning Sdn Bhd and Lynx 2.0 were in second and third place. Matthew Jerickson Ralph Borja was named MVP for the category.
Wolves won Girls' Open Category after defeating Mad. In third place was P On The B. Michelle Norris Ralph Borja was named MVP for the category.

Cambodia Bounce Back to Win vs Brunei as Vietnam prove too strong for Laos - 3 months ago
Cambodia bounced back from their day 1 defeat to Vietnam to Trash Brunei 101-34 in game 2 of the FIBA Cambodia Friendship Game at the Indoor hall of the National Stadium. It was huge relieve for Coach Austin Koledoye tutored side after failing to rise to the occasion in the opening game on Friday losing 62-63 to Laos.
