There was a surprise result when tenth rankedSamsung Thunders (15-38) won against higher ranked Egis (26-25) in Seoul 96-87 on Sunday. Seoul Thunders outrebounded KCC Egis 40-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. Jamaican center Kofi Cockburn (213-1999, college: Illinois) nailed a double-double by scoring 26 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Junghyun Lee (191-1987) accounted for 23 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. The former international forward Guna Ra (203-1989, college: Missouri) came up with 34 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and Hohyun Lee added 20 points respectively for KCC Egis in the defeat. Egis' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Seoul Thunders maintains tenth place with 15-38 record. Loser Egis keep the fifth position with 25 games lost.
