Finals Game 2: Johor Tigers - NS Matrix 66-83

NS Matrix celebrated MPL title. They overcame Johor Tigers in the second game of the Finals to complete the sweep. NS Matrix shot 22 for 30 from the free-throw line, while Johor Tigers only scored five points from the stripe. NS Matrix had a 33-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. The former international guard Chun-Hong Ting (193-1996) scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American center Amir Williams (211-1992, college: Ohio St.) chipped in 9 points and 17 rebounds during the contest. American forward Arinze Chidom (206-1997, college: UC Riverside) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and international point guard Yee-Tong Heng (180-1998) scored 19 points and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
