The game in Seoul was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Anyang (9-9) played at the court of fifth ranked Knights (9-7). Knights defeated Anyang 85-71. Seoul Knights players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Youngjun An (195-1995) contributed with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American-Lebanese Omari Spellman (207-1997, college: Villanova) replied with 13 points and 9 rebounds and the former international center Kyungwon Kim (199-1996) added 12 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Anyang. Four Anyang players scored in double figures. Seoul Knights moved-up to fourth place. Anyang lost fifth consecutive game. Defending champion dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost. Seoul Knights will play against KCC Egis (#8) in Jeonju in the next round. Anyang will play on the road against Mobis Phoebus in Ulsan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
