The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of top-ranked Anyang (34-14) on the court of third ranked Seoul Knights on Sunday night. Visitors were edged by Seoul Knights 74-73. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and the former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) who added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists during the contest. Seoul Knights' coach Hee-Chul Chun used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American power forward Darryl Monroe (202-1986, college: GMU) with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international center Sek-Eun Oh (200-1987) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Anyang players scored in double figures. Seoul Knights have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains third position with 30-19 record having three points less than leader Anyang. Anyang lost third consecutive game. They still keep top place with 14 games lost. Seoul Knights are looking forward to face KoGas (#9) in Inchon in the next round where they are favorite. Anyang will play at home against Suwon KT (#7) and is hoping to win this game.
