KBL top team - Anyang (23-9) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Seoul Thunders (10-24) 91-66. Anyang looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Seoul Thunders' players. American Omari Spellman (207-1997, college: Villanova) nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and the former international forward Seonggon Moon (193-1993) accounted for 15 points and 7 rebounds. American center Darral Willis (205-1996, college: Wichita St.) came up with 22 points and center Weon-Seok Lee (203-2000) added 11 points and 13 rebounds respectively for Seoul Thunders in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Anyang maintains first place with 23-9 record. Seoul Thunders lost ninth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 24 games lost. Anyang will meet league's second-placed LG Sakers in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Seoul Thunders will play against Mobis Phoebus (#3) and hope to secure a win.
