Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Seoul Knights (15-13) rolled over at home 7th ranked Wonju DB (11-15) 97-63 on Wednesday. Seoul Knights looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) nailed a double-double by scoring 29 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and the former international Joon-Young Choi (200-1994) accounted for 17 points. American forward Lennard Freeman (203-1995, college: NC State) came up with 8 points and 13 rebounds and the former international center Jongkyu Kim (207-1991) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Wonju DB in the defeat. Four Wonju DB players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains fourth place with 15-13 record. Loser Wonju DB keeps the seventh position with 15 games lost. They share it with KoGas and Goyang. Seoul Knights will meet KCC Egis (#5) in the next round. Wonju DB will play against Mobis Phoebus in Ulsan and hope to secure a win.
