Ginebra Kings players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Justin Brownlee (197-1988, college: St.John's) who led the winners and scored 38 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 7 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Point guard Lewis Tenorio (177-1984) accounted for 20 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Brownlee is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Point guard Jiovani Jalalon (175-1992) came up with 16 points and 6 assists and Serbian-American forward Nick Rakocevic (211-1997, college: USC, agency: Pensack Sports) added 10 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Hotshots in the defeat. Four Hotshots players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
