Hotshots held off Ginebra Kings to draw things even in the series. Hotshots dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Ginebra Kings' 38. 24 personal fouls committed by Ginebra Kings helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Serbian-American forward Nick Rakocevic (211-1997, college: USC, agency: Pensack Sports) had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 20 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Paul Lee (185-1989) chipped in 24 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Hotshots players scored in double figures. American forward Justin Brownlee (197-1988, college: St.John's) responded with 34 points (!!!) and 5 assists and naturalized American point guard Stanley Pringle (184-1987, college: Penn St., agency: Pensack Sports) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
