The game in Inchon was also quite interesting. 7th ranked Wonju DB (7-10) played at the court of eighth ranked KoGas (8-10). KoGas managed to secure a 5-point victory 77-72 on Friday. KoGas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The former international forward Dae-Heon Lee (198-1992) notched 23 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and American forward Murphy Holloway (201-1990, college: Ole Miss, agency: Octagon Europe) supported him with 10 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Four KoGas players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 8 assists by guard Ethan Albano (185-1996) did not help to save the game for Wonju DB. American forward Lennard Freeman (203-1995, college: NC State) added 9 points and 13 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. KoGas moved-up to sixth place. Loser Wonju DB dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. KoGas will meet at home Seoul Thunders (#8) in the next round. Wonju DB will play against Goyang and hope to secure a win.
