The biggest surprise of round 12 in SBL was guest Ohod's (9-3) road victory over second-best Al Fateh (8-4) 78-72 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Fateh. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The best player for the winners was American forward Jordan Washington (203-1993, college: Iona, agency: Interperformances) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds. The other American import point guard James Justice (178-1989, college: UT Southern) chipped in 20 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Algerian forward Mohamed Harat (198-1990) who recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists and Mohammed Alsaqer added 9 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists respectively. Ohod have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Al Nassr. Al Fateh at the other side dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with Al Wehda. Ohod is looking forward to face Ittihad (#7) in Jeddah in the next round where they are favorite. Al Fateh will play against Al Adalah and is hoping to win this game.
