Bottom-ranked Suwon KT managed to get a third victory. This time they edged eighth-ranked Seoul Knights in Busan 76-74. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Dong-Wook Kim (194-1981) who helped to win the game recording 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Seong-Woo Jeong (178-1993) contributed with 17 points and 5 assists for the winners. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) added 12 points and 7 assists in the effort for Seoul Knights. Seoul Knights' coach Hee-Chul Chun rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Suwon KT (3-6) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with KCC Egis. Defending champion Seoul Knights dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. Suwon KT will play against higher ranked Seoul Thunders (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Seoul Knights will play against KCC Egis (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
